Bertrand Balas (born 8 March 1956) is a racing/rally driver from France. He has competed 12 times at the Rally Monte-Carlo.
His first attempt at the Monte came in 1981 driving an Alfa Romeo Alfasud TI, which sadly ended in him retiring the car. Though Bertrand had his first class win the next year, finishing 1st in class N2, driving the same car he had in 1981.
His best year came in 1987 where, not only did he finish in 9th place and scored WRC points, he won the PWRC class overall! He also won again in 1990.
More recently he competed with René Arnoux and Justin Bell in the 1994 24 Hours of Le Mans.
